upload blocknote json as application/x-blocknote content (previously: converted to HTML and uploaded as application/html)
render published output based on blocknote json when application/x-blocknote
consolidate render logic to handle legacy outputs (html based between 2026.02.01 and this being deployed, or file directly pre 2026.02.01)
