make document_name optional for Editor component 53a9eaba9a

fix content state persistence issues 5ee1edae88

this issue got introduced when removing content from the versions
table. the fix is to more dynamically set the yjs doc, and ensure
the conditions are correct to do so. this required the previous
commit to enable optional document_name
