This PR adds some initial settings and layout to the /settings page. The site now uses Server Side Rendering (SSR) by default, which may prove an issue for scaling down the line but is helpful right now.

Settings include:

Update profile (but see researchequals/api#94)
Upload avatar
Email verification (see also researchequals/api#96 and researchequals/api#96)
Update password (but see researchequals/api#93)
Two factor authentication
Delete account
