How to contribute

1. Find a policy document
2. Look for a persistent identifier for the policy (e.g. DOI), and use it to link. If there's none, create a snapshot of the policy using a web archiving website (Wayback Machine or archive.today), and add it as [Archived] link.
3. Add the policy to the list above. Create a new institution if needed.
4. Submit a pull request 🙌
