Research Objects

Objects are the thing that gets published - what do we name them?

Options (in no particular order):

  • Observations
  • Publications
  • Modules
  • Artifacts
  • Outputs

Curation objects

That which the above objects get organized in. This is a superset of journals. See also my poll toot.

Options:

  • Outlets
  • Periodicals
  • Sources (as used by open alex)
  • Magazines
  • Collections
