Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
A polymorphic reports table can capture reported users, versions, outputs, etc. This would allow for one table to handle reporting of various elements.
This issue tracks but is not yet on the docket as we still explore the community moderation aspects.
needs to be part of a larger moderation design exercise.
